Certificates to be Enclosed
Candidates applying for admission are required to enclose the following original certificates along with their application form, along with three copies of recent passport-size photographs. The submission of these documents is mandatory for processing the application:
Transfer Certificate (T.C.)
Issued by the institution last attended, indicating the candidate’s educational history and conduct.
Mark Sheets of Qualifying Examinations
SSLC Mark Sheet : Proof of completion of 10th standard.
+2 Mark Sheet : Proof of completion of higher secondary education (for applicable courses).
Community Certificate
A valid community certificate issued by the competent authority, for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC and other categories, if applicable.
Physical Fitness Certificate
A certificate of physical fitness issued by a recognized medical practitioner, ensuring the candidate is medically fit to pursue the course.
Migration Certificate (for Other State Students)
Applicable to candidates who have completed their previous studies outside Tamil Nadu. This certificate ensures the smooth transfer of academic records between educational boards.
Important Notes
All original certificates submitted will be verified during the admission process and returned after verification.
Candidates must ensure that photocopies of all certificates are clear and legible.
Failure to submit any of the required documents will result in disqualification from the admission process.
